Worship Team Opportunity

Have you ever walked into our sanctuary on a Sunday morning and appreciated how welcoming, beautiful, and well-prepared it feels?  Well, this does not happen on its own. That warm and inviting atmosphere is made possible by the dedication of our Worship Team, whose behind-the-scenes efforts help make the sanctuary shine and create a meaningful worship experience for everyone.

For more than eight years, Sandy Lipscomb faithfully served as the leader of the Worship Team. Sandy has greatly enjoyed serving in this role and working alongside the wonderful members of the team and will continue to help out as needed. As she looks forward to spending more time visiting her grandchildren, she is ready to pass this rewarding responsibility on to someone new.

The Worship Team currently includes eight dedicated members who share the responsibilities that help keep our worship services running smoothly throughout the year. The team is a great group to work with, and a new chair will find plenty of support from people who care deeply about our church and its ministry. Sandy is also willing to help make the transition as smooth as possible by sharing her knowledge and experience with the new chair.

Serving as Worship Chair is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside dedicated volunteers, meet many members of our church family, and build lasting friendships. One of the special benefits of this role is the opportunity to connect with and get to know people throughout the congregation while helping to create a welcoming worship environment for all.
